We partnered with developers to rehab two single family and one multi-use buildings while adding 7 new townhouses to create the Putnam-Crosby Commons Condominiums in Danvers.

The project was fourteen months from start to finish, these beautiful condos include spacious kitchens with beautiful cabinets and countertops, hardwood floors, full landscaping and generous parking for residents and visitors.
