Following the interior remodel (see previous project page), we continued by refreshing the exterior surfaces of this beautiful western suburb home, installing a new roof, replacing the trim and shutters, repairing the chimneys and painting the exterior of the home. We recently refreshed the yard with new hardscape in back, updates and repairs to the pool, significant update to the water feature, a refresh of the lawn and replacement of all yard lighting with modern and efficient LEDs.
